Nothing better to do tonight so thought I'd start

ok so yeah im in Thailand. it's alright yeah. its sweaty as hell during the day, and doesnt get much better at night to be honest. love the bars around here though, world cup games start at 9.00pm here (4pm in the UK) and the fist night we went to an Irish bar to watchin England get bummed. not a great start to the trip but was still fun meeting up with my uni friend and getting quite pissed on turbo slime, which is a drink i invented that consists of Red Cock (white whiskey) and some green fanta stuff. Its pretty messed up. Burns the throat deep.



But the pubs on Khao San Rd are awesome. Very touristy and obviously aimed at uni students on holiday. but outside bars with about 200 inch screens, you cant go wrong.
done a bit of sightseeing. saw some massive golden buddha. bit indulgent really i thought. its now thursday night and on sunday we bought a pack of 6 glasses. Its been 5 days and Lizzi has broke 5 of them. One of which she threw off our balcony and nearly killed a guy. Mega douche. Been trying to sort out the teaching part of it all, supposedly their trying to sort me Lizzi and the other guy who started at the same time as us in the same school. Im very okay with this as at the moment were living for free, getting paid and im not doing any work. fantastic. Got quite pissed last night with some of the guys im going to be working for. their not supposed to drink with us but we did. got like a 3 yard beer tower which was pretty sweet, and spent the night watching some poor thai singers cover english songs. lady gaga was especially good.

got a bank account now. pretty weird. foods weird too. i'll try post some pictures of that as well as other stuff, but as for now i think i'll just go back to finishing off the turbo slime and just go to bed. maybe watch aziz ansari again, because that guy has played a major part of Thailand so far.
